Ragen’s headquarter is located in sunny Seville, South Spain - a nice place for running, cycling, triathlon and other sports.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, you can start shopping straight away and set up your account when you check out - whichever suits you best.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept major debit/credit cards such as (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex) and other options - Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.

This helps simplify the order process while at the same time keeping your information safe and secure.

When will my order be shipped out?

Once your order is completed, it can take between 24 to 72 hours to be shipped. Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number and a summary of the products purchased.

If you have not received the confirmation email for your order 24 hours after making the purchase, most frequently the reason is that there has been an error in the email address you provided. In any case, please contact us by email to solve your problem.

When can I start tracking my order?

When your order ships, we’ll send another email that includes the delivery date and tracking number.

What’s your returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to exchange or return your product(s). Size exchange, product exchange, or a full refund are available options.

Products must not be used, unwashed, original tags, and packaging still attached.
